Weekend Packages

(Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

$3,995 (includes Tax/Set up/Service Fees) for use of the Clubhouse and Grounds for 13 Hours.

A $500 Security Deposit is also required. This will be refunded if there is no damage or overtime charges.

The time that you or your vendors are using the building is considered booked hours.

Events (and music) must end by 11PM.

Clean-up must be completed by 12AM.

Payment Schedule:

  • Due with contract: $500 (Security Deposit)
  • Final Payment due 90 days before event: $3995.00

There is no charge for outside rehearsals that do not require Club access. Outside rehearsals need to be scheduled with Club Representative to avoid conflicts with other events.

Requests for inside access or early drop off on the day before the event will be based on availability of the Venue, if no other event is booked, and cannot be approved more than 30 days before the event date. Prior day set up will be an additional $150 to split hours between 2 days. Additional Hours (above the booked package hours) can be added at $150/hour).

The fee includes the setup and breakdown of all tables, chairs, etc. furnished by the St. Petersburg Woman’s Club (see ‘ What’s Included’ list for complete details). Also, the club’s Onsite Facility Manager will be accessible during your event to answer any questions.

Packages for Every Need

(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Showers, Birthdays, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Meetings – ask about our packages.

Hourly Rate $375 per Hour (Minimum of 4 Hours)

Events (and music) must end by 11PM.

Clean-up must be completed by 12AM.

What’s Included

  • Tables: 24 – 60-inch rounds, 12 – 8-foot rectangles, 7 – 6-foot rectangles, 2 Sweetheart tables (half-moon shape), 3 – high top pub tables (30” round), various antique tables and buffets that can be used for gifts, guestbook, etc.
  • Chairs: 200 banquet chairs (padded seat & back) – for indoor use only. (We offer a separate, optional package to rent outdoor garden chairs or may also be rented from outside vendors).
  • Indoor Sound System with connections for iPod & MP3, podium & corded microphone.
  • Bar: 2 bar tops for 6 ft. tables that can be used inside or out.
  • Brides Area with dressing room and full-length mirror.
  • Grooms Area upstairs.
  • Bridal Arch: White – you may add fabric or flowers etc.
  • Kitchen
    • Double Door Commercial Refrigerator
    • 2 Standard Refrigerator/Freezers
    • Commercial Convection Oven
    • Microwave
    • Large Counter / Prep Area
    • Separate Entrance for Caterer
    • Kitchen is inspected regularly by the Pinellas County Health Department.
  • Our Onsite Facility Manager will be available during your event.
  • Free parking around building and on Snell Isle Blvd NE
  • No additional charge for ceremony on site.

What’s NOT Included:

  • You bring the linens, dishes, silverware, chair covers, centerpieces, etc.
  • We do not have an ice machine so you need to provide your your own ice.
  • Ovens are for reheating only. No cooking or baking is permitted.
  • We do not offer catering services. You are welcome to hire your own caterer or bring in your own food and drinks.
  • Alcohol may be consumed (21 years and older) but it may NOT be sold.
  • We do not provide any music or video media.
  • We do not have an Outdoor Sound System so you will need to provide this yourself.
